STEP 3: Gain valuable fitness tips throughout May by visiting ArmyMWR.com/STRONGBANDS

Adult swimming lessons offered May 2 - 6 and then the Rumpel Fitness Center staff will record how many laps you can swim in 20 minutes. We’ll keep track of your progress and by the end of the month, those who have improved the most in 4 weeks will win a swim-themed gift basket! Great for beginners or advanced swimmers alike!
