Note: This event has already passed.

Each participant will line up 10 feet behind their trash can on the throw line. For every basket made, an exercise is performed. For each subsequent basket, the previous exercises are also repeated. 

  1. Burpee
  2. Standing Kickbacks
  3. Squat Jumps
  4. Bear Crawls
  5. Push Ups
  6. Squats 
  7. High Knees
  8. Toe Touches
  9. Jumping Jacks
  10. Small Arm Circles      

The first person to complete all 10 baskets and exercises WINS!  Winner will receive a Rumpel Fitness Center gym bag.
